United Tech Cities is a bold new approach to solving tech’s pipeline problem.

We are a non-profit organization that leverages educational programs, capital investment, and employment opportunities to improve outcomes for people who have not traditionally shared in the tech industry’s success. Our goal is to holistically prepare groups of underrepresented individuals for fulfilling careers in STEAM fields by building new communities completely dedicated to helping them live, learn, and thrive.

UTC’s core model revolves around tech hubs where a diverse group of learners hone practical skills in science, technology, engineering, digital arts, and mathematics that prepare them to break into the tech industry and maintain sustainable, rewarding careers.

03. Jobs

UTC’s employer network connects individuals with internships at leading technology companies and provides career mentorship at every step along the the path to long-term employment.
